To this day, traces of former periods and uses can be found on the once 16 square kilometres of the rally grounds.

The media installation "Changing Topography", which lasts approximately ten minutes, illustrates how the site has changed since the beginning of the twentieth century up to the present day. Pictures of the places during the different periods are projected onto the relief map. The film is without sound. The film's progress is indicated by the white bar at the bottom of the screen.

Details of the individual buildings can be found on the tabletop. The two screens illustrate the size and location of the buildings on the grounds.
